The DM1-IO series, launched by Leadshine, is an IO-controlled stepper driver that enables constant speed control of stepper motors through IO switch signals. The speed can be selected via an external DIP switch or set through PC software. With features such as two-speed and acceleration switching, it meets the needs of various application scenarios. The DM1-IO series supports 42-86 frame size two-phase stepper motors and utilizes advanced control algorithms for precise current control and reduced motor heat. The driver also includes an excellent anti-resonance algorithm that effectively eliminates low-speed vibration, ensuring smoother motor operation.
