The embedded linear motor adopts advanced electromagnetic induction working principle, converting electromagnetic force between stator and mover into direct linear motion. The fixed stator and load-connected mover eliminate intermediate mechanical transmission structures completely, effectively removing mechanical gaps and friction during operation.
Equipped with standard magnetic scale and optional optical grating scale, this linear motor delivers exceptional positioning performance: the standard magnetic scale features 1μm resolution and ±3μm repeat positioning accuracy, while the optional optical grating scale reaches 0.1μm resolution and ±2μm repeat positioning accuracy, achieving micron-level ultra-precision positioning.
In terms of power and load performance, it provides 188N continuous thrust and 564N peak thrust, supporting load ranges from 10kg to 80kg to meet diverse load demands. It supports a maximum running speed of 3m/s with 0.5G acceleration and deceleration, realizing high-speed dynamic operation.
