Leadshine DM and DM1 series Adopting advanced 32-bit DSP processor and 9 revolutionary motor control technologies, Leadshine DM series delivers outstanding open-loop motion control performance. It supports 35~130 frame size 2-phase and 3-phase stepper motors, while DM1 series matches 20~130 frame size 2-phase stepper motors perfectly.
Wide working power range covers 24VDC~80VDC and 60VAC~220VAC, with peak output current from 0.1A to 8.3A. It accepts pulse/direction and dual pulse control signals, compatible with differential and single-ended commands. Optocoupler isolated signal input brings strong anti-interference capability.
Equipped with flexible adjustable parameters: 15 optional microstep levels up to maximum 256 microstep (51200ppr), and 7 current gears with 0.1A high-resolution tuning. Motor current automatically drops by half if pulse signal stays idle over 400ms to cut heat generation.
Professional ProTuner graphical debugging software via RS-232 interface enables convenient parameter configuration, trapezoidal speed test and positioning motion test. Segmented anti-vibration strategies ensure stable running at low, medium and high speed. Automatic motor identification and parameter self-tuning maximize motor performance. Built-in microstep algorithm realizes superior running effect with low-step commands. Multiple protection functions including overvoltage and overcurrent safeguard stable operation.
DM1 standard pulse stepper driver inherits mature control algorithms accumulated over 20 years. It comes with debug port, expandable DIP switches and metal heat sink. It supports 5~24V pulse signal compatibility, and dual control modes of pulse and IO.
